Travelers Rest State Park is
located on Highway 93 South
in Lolo. Traveler's Rest provides
a variety of programs to learn
about Lewis and Clark in Montana,
Native American, and Pioneer
history. Throughout the summer
hosts special events and presentations related to the
site's history. Approximately 45 minutes one way. |

The National Bison Range protects a
herd of 300 - 500 buffalo on 19,000 acres of grassland and forest.
You might also see whitetail and mule deer, pronghorns, elk, and
bighorn sheep . |

Lewis & Clark
Caverns State Park is located halfway between Butte and Bozman on
Montana Route 2. Approximately 3 hours
one way.

BUTTE
Butte is home to one of the largest National Historic
Landmark Districts in the U.S. consisting of 4,500 buildings. Enough
of old Butte survives today to give visitors a feeling of what a
bustling place this was in it's heyday. 115 miles east on I-90. |

FLATHEAD LAKE
The crystal waters of Flathead Lake are available to
everyone thanks to community beaches and marinas and the Montana
State Park System with 6 parks on the lake. North
on Highway 93 50 miles. |

KALISPEL
Modern buildings blend in with the historic in
Kalispel. Art is everywhere. Huckleberry, a 2000 pound carved bear
greets visitors at the center of town. murals grace historic
buildings, bright red and yellow art spot banners signal the
location of art galleries and studios.. 2 hours North on Highway 93.
