Our daily rate is $37.80, including water, sewer, electric, cable TV, wireless internet (WiFi) at your site & tax. Extra people (age 12 and up) are $3. We are a Good Sam Park and if you are a member, that will get you 10% off the above rate, making the base rate $34.00 per night. We also offer a weekly rate of $204. We recommend making reservations with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a minimum $10 service charge. Individual reservations require a 24 hr cancellation or you will be charged the full one-day rate. Individual reservations cancelled more than 24 hrs in advance will be charged the $10 cancellation fee.
Group reservations & holidays: If you are traveling in a group of 3 or more RV’s or booking a reservation over a holiday (see holiday schedule), we require a one week advance cancellation or you will be charged the one-day rate for each space. Cancellations made 8 days or more in advance will be charged $10 per space.
By reserving a space with your credit card (as required for all reservations) you are authorizing us to enforce the cancellation policy.

Refund Policy: If you need to shorten your stay, refunds will be given if we are notified by 11:00 am on the day BEFORE your new departure date.
